Rachel & Gregory said “I do” on a perfect fall day in Nashville at Travellers Rest Plantation. There was beauty in every detail from the table decor to the perfectly choreographed special dances.  The linens were steal grey & creme with moss, yellow button mums and calla lily accents.

I knew the day I met the bride that this day was going to be so special and we would enjoy every step along the way to witnessing Peter & Sarah say…”I Do”. It was a perfect day.

It was a beautiful fall day in Nashville, TN. The color inspiration was all around us in the hues of Gold, Reds, Purples, Yellows and Oranges. The guests enjoyed an intimate ceremony at Scarritt Bennett followed by cocktails and ordourves in the courtyard of The War Memorial and danced the night away inside the auditorium.

Mary & Michael were so much fun to work for over the past  year. They said their “I Do’s” at the The Nashville City Club. The reception was decorated in Pink & Burlap with some fun contemporary patterns. The cupcake tower was topped with a custom Mary & Michael cake topper. The guest danced the night away with the view of Nashville below. Regalo Design designed a custom poster for their guests to sign as the Spirit of Nashville postcards were displayed. Nashville, TN. was a present theme at the party and we were thrilled to celebrate the night and their marriage along with close family & friends.

Regalo Design was thrilled to celebrate Michelle & Jake’s wedding as their event planner, florist and decorator. The bride and groom were so much fun and the guest has so much fun with the glow sticks, karaoke and amazing food & sweets!

The wedding was held at the Cathedral of the Incarnation downtown Nashville, TN and the wedding reception was held at the Cannery Ballroom downtown Nashville, TN. September 10, 2011 was the perfect day for Lisa & Eddie! The colors were moss green, eggplant and creme. Christ Church Cathedral was so beautiful filled with rich history and ornate detail. The bridal party partied on the Party Trolley and entered the reception held at Union Station with style. Few things in life are free. But did you know that when you book Regalo Design as your wedding planner, florist and decorator there are tons of stuff that you get to use for free?

See, we are a husband and wife team. We’ve done the wedding thing, and our families and we spent a lot of money in the process. When we started Regalo we wanted to do something different than everyone else in the industry, we wanted to make sure that when a bride books with us, she can have the wedding of her dreams at a price that doesn’t break the bank.

We’ve done weddings for brides with budgets of $10,000 and $100,000 and no matter what their budget, they all get the same perks from us. Here are just a few things that make Regalo different, and save our brides a ton of money!

What’s free?

When you book our planning, florist and decor package (details here) you get the following for free:

• Unlimited phone calls and emails (you might think this is obvious, but do some checking and you’ll see that other planners place a premium on their calls and emails after a certain number per month!)
• Any of our vases are yours to use. If we own it, it’s yours to use on the day of your wedding free of charge. Vases from some florists can rent for up to $50 each. If you have 20 tables that need centerpieces that can add up very fast.
• Any of our decor items are free! Need tree branches, crystals, votives, feathers, table number stands or something else? Chances are we have them, and if we do they are free for you to use. Why spend money on these items when we already have them?  We have to be at your wedding the day of, so why not just put these items in the truck and help make your wedding more beautiful?
• Ever priced out uplighting or specialty table lighting? At Regalo we have 16 amazing colored gel uplights and tons of specialty lighting for your reception tables. And again, it’s free for you to use!
• Priced out draping lately? We have yards and yards of beautiful white satin fabric that guess what… is yours to use for free as well.

We have also been known to make custom arches, custom linens and other items that our clients have seen but can’t find or can’t afford elsewhere. We can do these things for a fraction of the cost that you can buy them at retail.

Also, our linens are a steal to use as well.  Many places can charge up to $25 per table cloth (and more if it is a specialty linen). At Regalo we only ask that you pay for the cleaning fee ($6 per linen). If you use 20 table cloths that’s already a savings of $380.

So how do you guys make money?

We make money on our packages. When you pay for our services you get the exceptional planning and personal attention that we provide. Past that we offer you the free items listed above, wholesale costs on your flowers, and the cheapest rentals you’ll find anywhere else for the items we don’t already have in stock (we offer you the 10% discounts that our vendors give us).

Some things in life seem like a no-brainer.  And saving money, no matter what your budget, is one of those things.
